Alaska Birch bowl with caribou antler for the lid pull – sold

This bowl is turned from a beautiful piece of Alaska Birch. I wanted the interior of the bowl to match the lid.  Just by chance, I was able to obtain a small piece of Caribou antler. The Caribou is one of the great symbols of Alaska with herds collectively numbering nearly 700,000.  This bowl is truly one of a kind.  It will safely hold one of your keepsakes in it for years.  This piece is currently on display, for sale, at 2ST Gallery in Fairbanks, 907.455.4070.
